Welcome to Educated Canine. By booking or using any of our dog training services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Educated Canine services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without modification. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older to book services. Clients under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian and approval from a certified trainer before participating.

3. Services Offered

Educated Canine provides professional dog training services. Details of services and packages are listed on our website and in person.

4. Code of Conduct (Dog Training)

All clients must behave respectfully and responsibly during training sessions. This includes:

• Respecting the trainer and training space.

• Following instructions to ensure the dog's safety and others'.

• Not using abusive or harmful methods.

Educated Canine reserves the right to terminate services if a client or dog behaves inappropriately or dangerously.

5. Use of Content

Clients may download training materials and educational resources for personal use only. However, you may not share, distribute, copy, or resell any materials, lessons, or branded content provided by Educated Canine.

All content, including logos, materials, lesson formats, and other intellectual property, remains the sole property of Educated Canine.

6. Payment Terms

• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash. (Credit/debit card payments are in development and not currently accepted.)

• Fee Structure: All services are charged as one-time fees. Packages must be paid in full upfront before training begins.

7. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided after the service has been delivered.

• For packages: If the client has completed 50% or more of the sessions, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

• For cancellations made before 50% of the package is completed, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Educated Canine.

8. No Delivery of Services

All training is provided in person or as described during booking. No physical products are delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Educated Canine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or injuries that result from your participation in our training services, including dog behavior outside of training sessions.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, branding, and training content are the property of Educated Canine. Clients may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute any materials provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the State of Oklahoma, depending on where services are rendered.
